Job Description:
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for prospecting, client sales and account management. In addition to these job functions it will be imperative to build strong business relationships along with the development of new and continued revenue. It will be our goal to formulate many successful long term relationships by selecting individuals that can work well within those various clients’ organizations. Our Account Managers are certainly essential to the continued growth of our company as it will be your responsibility to provide the best customer service possible.
Roles and Responsibilities:
You must cultivate many successful long-term relationships within client’s environments to promote StaffRight Associates as a trusted recruitment and staffing provider.
You must deliver exceptional customer service while continuously remain engaged with your clients while building yourself a professional network that yields solid results with your further business growth.
You will utilize various methods in prospecting for new, potential clients. These methods will include various activities such as cold calling, face to face meetings promoting our services, networking with current and future connections, and working opportunities that may be presented to StaffRight Associates.
You will position yourself in the industry and progressively and actively sell against various competitors.
You will need to possess outstanding client presentation abilities.

You must have strong and persuasive interpersonal people skills capable of influencing key decision makers.

Qualifications:
Education: BA
Preferably to have 2-5 years' experience in a sales or business development function.
Recruitment and staffing industry experience a huge plus but certainly not mandatory.
Preferably to have an understanding of IT terminology and business processes.
Must have a great attitude and a willingness to learn and grow business.
