3-5 years’ experience in full cycle recruiting capacity with a broad understanding of industry disciplines.
Experience working job boards such as Dice, CB, Monster, Indeed, ZipR, etc.
Demonstrated skills and experience in many aspects of recruiting such as networking, candidate sourcing, qualifying, screening, negotiating and closing the deal.
Experience in recruiting IT technical staff positions on a broad range of skills along with other disciples.
Must have a strong work ethic with integrity, personal accountability and great follow through.
Being proactive and understanding the importance of negotiating the opportunity to new and existing clients.
You must have a clear understand of what drives the industry and work to be better than the competition along while not settling for just being average.
Roles and Responsibilities:
You must be able to manage the full-cycle recruitment process which includes the sourcing of candidates, screening, interviewing and presentation to clients.
You must be able to evaluate various IT disciplined candidates for their competency, values, skill levels, career experience and general knowledge.
You must provide both the candidates and the clients with an outstanding business experience throughout the cycle.
You must identify individuals in charge of the hiring process and work to forge solid business relationships with them.
You must create and build your own identity on social media outlets to better interact and promote one-self.
You must be strategic in your approach to business and also a self-starter.
You must be able to work closely with other team members.
You must possess the ability to be a relationship builder and a solid team player.
