Based out of the Chicago area, the incoming executive will direct cross-functional technical teams, shape strategic market growth, and enjoy outstanding career advancement.
What You'll Do
- Direct the creation and commercialization of next-generation sensing hardware for worldwide industries.
- Oversee advanced electronic systems integration, featuring embedded microcontrollers, precision sensors, and custom firmware architecture.
- Guide multifaceted engineering divisions spanning electrical, firmware, mechanical, and systems domains.
- Foster direct customer relationships and spearhead commercial development initiatives to expand market reach.
- Coordinate hybrid operational schedules requiring presence on-site three days weekly for professionals residing within a hundred miles of Chicago or Milwaukee.
What You Bring
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 10 to 35 years of professional work experience
- Demonstrated background leading engineering groups across domestic and international landscapes
- Extensive background in Automotive Sensors, commercial vehicles, off-road equipment, industrial sectors, or related markets
- Proven expertise in Management of multidisciplinary technical teams and fostering client relationships
Compensation & Total Rewards
- Annual Salary: $200,000 - $250,000
- 30% Bonus
