StaffRight Associates, LLC ("StaffRight," "we," "us") is a recruitment and staffing firm based in Boston, Massachusetts. This policy explains what personal information we collect through www.staffrightassociates.com and in the course of our recruiting work, how we use it, and the choices you have.

 

Information we collect

Information you give us: when you complete our Staffing Request or Contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, position and the details you enter about your hiring need or question. When you apply for a role through the Job Application form on our job pages, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), the job title and number you are applying for, the resume you upload and anything else you choose to tell us. When you email us your resume, we receive the information it contains. Resumes typically include your work history, education, skills, certifications and, for some roles, security clearance level.

Information collected automatically: like most websites, our site records basic technical information such as your browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location. We use Google Analytics for this, and our website host, Wix, uses cookies that the site needs to work.

 

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your inquiry or staffing request; to match candidates with job opportunities and present qualified candidates to our clients, with your permission; to communicate with you about current and future searches; and to understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Use of AI-assisted tools

As part of our candidate review process, we may use internally built tools, including AI-assisted analysis, to evaluate how a candidate's experience, skills, certifications and clearance level align with the requirements of a specific role. These tools support our recruiters; they do not make hiring or placement decisions. Every candidate we present to a client has been reviewed by a member of our team. We do not use candidate information to train AI models for purposes outside our recruiting work, and we do not sell it. If you have questions about how your information is reviewed, or would prefer that it not be included in AI-assisted analysis, email info@staffrightassociates.com.

 

When we share information

We share candidate information with prospective employers, and with recruiting partners who help us fill a specific role, only in connection with that opportunity and with your permission. We use trusted service providers to run our business, including Wix (website hosting and forms), Google (website analytics) and Microsoft (email). They may process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

 

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information about how visitors use our site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

 

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and candidate information for as long as it is useful for current or future searches, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

 

Your choices and rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, including in Canada, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. To make a request, email info@staffrightassociates.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

 

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmitting or storing data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

 

Links to other sites

Our site links to other websites, such as Dice, Indeed, LinkedIn and other job boards. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

 

Children

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

 

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
