StaffRight Associates, LLC ("StaffRight," "we," "us") is a recruitment and staffing firm based in Boston, Massachusetts. Information we collect

Information you give us: when you complete our Staffing Request or Contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, position and the details you enter about your hiring need or question. When you email us your résumé, we receive the information it contains, such as your work history, education, skills, certifications and security clearance level.

Information collected automatically: like most websites, our site records basic technical information such as your browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location. We use Google Analytics for this, and our website host, Wix, uses cookies that the site needs to work.

 

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your inquiry or staffing request; to match candidates with job opportunities and present qualified candidates to our clients, with your permission; to communicate with you about current and future searches; and to understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

 

When we share information

We share candidate information with prospective employers and business associates only in connection with a specific opportunity. We use trusted service providers to run our business, including Wix (website hosting and forms), Google (website analytics) and Microsoft (email). They may process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and candidate information for as long as it is useful for current or future searches, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. We will respond within a reasonable time.

 

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmitting or storing data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our site links to other websites, such as LinkedIn, Dice and other sourcing sites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

 

Children

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
